The following list is a guide to all the future club trips and events that are scheduled for 2025/6. As more details are known and confirmed, information will be updated on this page. Also, when ready for booking, a downloadable trip invitation form in PDF format will be available adjacent to the relevant trip, which can also be booked online. More details will be announced about each club event when available.

Blackpool Bash 2025Dates: April 25th to 27th 2025
Location: Blackpool Pleasure Beach, UK Everybody say “Blackpooool”. With 5 ERS’s, 2 shows, lunch and a party! Come along to our biggest, most famous, action packed, super fun, Coaster Crazy weekend of them all: The Blackpool Bash. This is by far the best way to meet members, enjoy some fantastic coasters and see some quality live entertainment. This is one trip that you’ll be talking about for weeks, so don't miss it! The weekend of non-stop action starts with ‘Friday Fun’ at 19:30 on Friday April 25th in the Paradise Room - this is the large theatre inside the Casino Building at the north end of the Pleasure Beach. Here you will have chance to meet fellow members before enjoying a great evening of top quality professional entertainment. I have lined up three fabulous acts for you, including a famous comedian from TV! Saturday (26th) events start at 08:30 in the Paradise Room (tea/coffee, ride pass issue). At 09:30, we head onto the Park for a one-hour Exclusive Ride Session (ERS) on The Big One. And as a bonus for the younger ones - The Blue Flyer (Zipper Dipper). Or you can do both if you want to! After the ERS's you can use your INCLUDED unlimited ride pass to enjoy the dozens of other rides at the Park (If you have a ‘Season Pass’ you can have a price reduction). At 11:30 those who want to can meet at the Derby Racer for a ‘ride takeover’, and then everyone will re-group at 12:30 for a hot lunch in the Paradise Room. The latest Club merchandise will be on sale, including new jackets, hoodies, lanyards, pin badges, personalised mugs (must pre-order*) & many other items (T-shirts, sweatshirts, baseball caps, stickers, magnets, etc). Cash/cards accepted (or cheque with bankers card). We will also be joined by Park Director Andy Hygate who will deliver his unique annual speech! The whole afternoon is then free for you to enjoy the Park at your leisure and make full use of your included unlimited ride pass. You then return to the Paradise Room at 19:30 for the “TV Comedies” themed ‘Coaster Crazy Show!’ You are invited to dress up (optional) in anything that is connected to “TV Comedies”. For example: Only Fools & Horses, Little Britain, Benny Hill, Monty Python, Katherine Tate, Red Dwarf, Gavin & Stacey, Blackadder, The Two Ronnies, etc. Just have fun interpreting it and think outside the box! As usual you will enjoy an evening of lively entertainment featuring new acts, games, the ever-popular Gong Show and some great prizes. To end the day we have our special Club Party – A one hour non-stop mix of great dance and party tunes from over the years to keep you on your feet! Plus of course - Verka Serduchka (First timers - all will be revealed!). You’ll also be able to enjoy a final drink before the 23:00 close (approx.). Sunday events start at 09:00 in the Concourse Room (below the Paradise Room). At 09:30 we will enter the park for our "WOW ERS!" That's "Wild on Wood!" You can enjoy exclusive riding on the classic woodie, the Big Dipper, the World’s #1 racing woodie, The Grand National and for some extra fun, The Ghost Train. With three rides running just for us you can easily move between them and get plenty of rides. Following the ERS’s if you then want to stay in the Pleasure Beach for the whole day on Sunday too, you can purchase an unlimited ride pass at the special discounted price of just £30.00 (normally £38). If not, you must leave by midday and can of course enjoy the rest of Blackpool, visiting the piers, The Tower, Tussauds, Velvet Coaster, Sea Life Centre, etc. Booking is easy - first please read the Terms & Conditions emailed to all members on 18th February then click the blue 'BOOK NOW' button below. Summer Bash 2025Dates: 28th June 2025
Location: Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach A fun day at this 115 year old park on the east coast where there are 4 coasters at the family run park. Our day will include a “behind the scenes” tour followed by an ERS on the 1932 woodie 'Roller Coaster' complete with on-board brakeman More details will be available nearer the time. |

Folly Farm Fun Day 2025Dates: 8th and 9th August 2025
Location: Folly Farm & Heathertons, Wales With sad closure of Oakwood I decided that we would still support Folly Farm and Heathertons. More details will be announced when confirmed, but the Folly Farm day will include a two hour Exclusive Fair Session. More details will be available nearer the time. |

WOODathon 2025Dates: 27th & 28th September 2025
Location: Alton Towers & Drayton Manor, Staffordshire, UK. Time for the final big event of 2025 and what a weekend it will be! I’m sure I don’t need to say why – but it does involve WOOOOOOD! More details available nearer the time. |

Winter Wonderland 2025Date: TBA
Location: London, UK Our annual informal gathering at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, London for a few rides, bratwurst and some Mulled Wine/German Beer. This is a 'meet at the park' event, so no pre-booking necessary, just turn up. As usual, no ERS, just turn up and we'll have some fun together! Meet at the fantastic Schwarzkopf "Munich (Olympia) Looping" coaster just after the gates open at 10:00. As introduced last year you will now need to pre-book your entry online (link below). Ski Trip 2026Date: TBA
Location: TBC Our annual skiing trip to Europe. Experience going up and down hills, but not on a coaster! Whether you are an experienced skier or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome and it's a fun week. More details will be available in AIRtime ONline later in 2025. |
